VIP and Medical Services at Arrival Airports
For patients or elderly travelers, arriving at any European airport can be a source of panic and significant stress—especially if you don’t speak the language, feel disoriented, or are naturally anxious. Many major European airports offer special services to make arrivals smoother. These can include a simple VIP service or specialized medical assistance.
VIP-Service
The VIP service is designed for healthy travelers. You will be met directly at the aircraft door and transported to exclusive, comfortable lounges where you can relax after your flight, have a snack, and wait while your luggage and visa formalities are taken care of. At the designated VIP exit, our driver will be waiting for you, or if you prefer, they can meet you at the aircraft door together with the airport staff.
Medical Service
The medical service is intended for those who require medical assistance in addition to VIP amenities. For example, if you have difficulty walking and need a wheelchair, airport staff will help you transfer into a special chair directly on the plane and assist you throughout the arrival process, including the transfer to our vehicle. They will also handle your luggage, visa formalities, and any necessary medical support during your time at the airport.
If you wish to use any of these additional services at the airport, simply let us know in advance, and we will make all the necessary arrangements for you.
